A bracelet that gets caught on a door handle, a tangled necklace that ends up breaking... Accidents happen quickly and are always frustrating.
We design each of our creations to accompany you for a long time, so it’s our duty to help you repair them when possible. We’d rather repair your broken jewelry than have you buy it again. It’s kinder to you, your wallet, and, most importantly, more respectful of the planet.
Where to start?
Write to us by email and attach a photo of your jewelry. Our team will assess the extent of the damage and guide you on the next steps. You will then need to part with your jewelry for a period of 4 to 8 weeks before you can wear it again.
Re-gilding
Entrust us with your jewelry for 4 to 8 weeks, and our Parisian workshop will give it a rejuvenating makeover. It will be as good as new, just like when you first met it.
We reserve the right to refuse jewelry that shows signs of excessive wear beyond simple loss of gilding.
