ORDER & PAYMENT

** You can choose to pay for your order in 3 installments at no extra cost through our partner Klarna. It's simple: at checkout, just select the "pay with Klarna" option. The first payment is made immediately after the order, and the next two payments will be automatically processed 30 days apart.
Physical gift cards: Available in amounts of €50, €100, €150, or €200 to be sent to the person of your choice. They are mailed in a beautiful envelope to the address of your choice and are valid for 1 year from the purchase date, redeemable in multiple transactions only on our website.
E-gift cards: Available on our website in amounts of €50, €100, €150, or €200. The recipient will receive the e-gift card by email with a personalized message from you. They are valid for 1 year from the date you choose, redeemable in multiple transactions and only on our website.
To use a gift card, it's very simple: each card (physical or digital) has a code that you just need to enter in the "discount code or gift card" box at checkout. The amount of the gift card will be automatically deducted from your cart. Your card is valid for 1 year, only on our website, and can be used in multiple transactions. To check the balance of your gift card (physical or e-card), contact us at bonjour@louisedamas.fr with the gift card code.
It is entirely possible to return an order paid with a gift card. The refund amount will be automatically credited back to your gift card. If the refund amount exceeds the balance of your gift card, we will refund the difference using the payment method originally used.
We offer you a 10% discount code on your first order, with no minimum purchase. To receive your discount code, simply sign up for our newsletter. You will then receive a confirmation email with a unique code that you must enter in the "discount code and gift card" box at checkout. If you don't receive the email right away, don't worry: it may take a few minutes to arrive. Also, be sure to check your spam folder!
It is not possible to combine multiple discount codes on the same order.
If your discount code isn't working, check that you haven't made a mistake when entering it in the "discount code and gift card" box at checkout. If the code still doesn't work, contact us by email at bonjour@louisedamas.fr.
Once your order is confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to apply a discount code. If it is a welcome code, it cannot be applied to another order as it is only valid for the first one. If it is another discount code, you can apply it to your next order, provided the associated conditions allow it.
Cancellation: Please contact us at bonjour@louisedamas.fr as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled.
Modification: Orders can be modified within two hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at bonjour@louisedamas.fr. Please note that orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day. If the order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel or modify it, simply refuse the delivery, and it will be automatically returned to us. It will then be processed by our returns department within 10 days.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address linked to your Louise Damas account. You can track the status of your order at any time on our website by logging into your personal account under the "Orders" section.
The invoice is not included in the package; it is sent by email after the order is confirmed. If you need a duplicate, please contact us by email at bonjour@louisedamas.fr.

Please note that some countries may apply customs fees, particularly the UK, Switzerland, Canada, and Brazil, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to monitor the delivery process on the carrier's website. Your tracking number is also available on your Louise Damas account under the "Orders" section. If you have any difficulties tracking your order, feel free to contact us at bonjour@louisedamas.fr, and our team will be happy to assist you.
If you made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us by email at bonjour@louisedamas.fr as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to modify the address (as long as it is within the same country as the original one).
For all orders, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price of the jewelry. Depending on the regulations of the destination country, customs fees may be charged by the carrier at the time of delivery.
To check if your order has been processed, log in to your personal account under the "Orders" section. You will find the status of your order there. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the carrier's website to track the progress of your package.

Please note that during sale periods or the holiday season, order preparation and delivery times may be slightly extended.
All our creations are handmade in Paris, which is why they may sometimes have slight imperfections inherent to our artisanal manufacturing process. Occasionally, defects may slip past our inspection; if this happens, please contact us by email at bonjour@louisedamas.fr, attaching photos of your item, and we will replace it as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind.
To return one or more items, please submit a return request on our return portal.
In Metropolitan France
Exchanges or store credit returns are free within France and Europe. Returns for refunds are at your expense.
The items must be in the same condition as when you received them (unworn) and must be returned in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned items in good condition, we will process your refund within fourteen (14) days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
International & DOM-TOM
Returns are only possible for refunds and are at the customer's expense.
You must register your return and print your return slip from the return portal and include it in your package. Please note that packages without return slips cannot be processed within the initial time frame.

We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method to avoid any issues with loss or theft. Once the package is received, we will proceed with the refund.
You can absolutely return multiple different orders in the same package. Simply include the return slips for each order, which can be downloaded from our return portal.

Once the jewelry has been received and its condition has been verified, we will refund the order (excluding shipping costs). The refund will be visible in the bank account with which you made your purchase within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your return.

Our Archives sales take place twice a year, on our website and at the Passage Doré boutique.
These are old collections that we have stopped producing and that we sell at low prices.
We are committed to fair and responsible production, which is why we produce our jewelry in limited quantities. However, we hold Archives twice a year where we sell jewelry we have discontinued at a reduced price. To stay up to date on our Archives, subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on Instagram.

During manufacturing, we make every effort to ensure that our earrings are as light as possible, so that they can be comfortably worn all day (or evening!).
Each piece of jewelry is carefully presented in a magnetic flap-top box, designed to protect and store your new piece. This packaging is made from 95% recyclable materials and contains no plastic.
For parcel delivery, everything is sent in a discreet packaging box.
To receive a gift bag with your order, simply add it to your cart at checkout. Our gift bags are sold for €1 each.
Our gift bags are FSC certified and made with paper from sustainable forests.
PERSONALIZE A JEWEL
We offer customization of certain necklaces, bracelets, and bookmarks exclusively on our website, for €10. Here's how to do it:
- Choose your jewelry to engrave in Customizable
- Select “Engrave my jewelry”
- Write your message, preview the engraving and modify it until you get the perfect result
- Confirm the customization to add it to your cart with the jewelry (don't forget to reread your message before finalizing your order)
- Confirm your order
Please note that shipping times for orders containing personalized jewelry may be slightly longer (1-2 business days). Personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Jewelry also needs a break, so put it in its case before going to bed. You'll find it sparkling the next day after your beauty treatment.
Avoid putting your jewelry underwater! If it escapes your vigilance, wipe it with talcum powder and a soft cloth to maintain its shine. It can be cleaned with alcohol and a soft cloth.

If you would like to have your jewelry repaired, please write to us at bonjour@louisedamas.fr and attach a photo of your piece. Our repair service will contact you promptly to provide instructions on how to proceed.
If you wear your jewelry daily, the gilding may lose its shine after a while. To keep it as sparkling as before, we offer a free re-gilding service the first time, then a fee depends on the jewelry model.
If you would like to have your jewelry re-gilded, please write to us at bonjour@louisedamas.fr and attach a photo of your piece. Our re-gilding service will contact you shortly to provide instructions on how to proceed.
Once your precious jewel has been received by our teams, you will have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to receive it as good as new.
ACCOUNT & PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you have forgotten your password, go to your “ Account ” area, enter your email address and click on “Forgotten password”.
You will receive an email with a reset link. It may take a few minutes to arrive, so be sure to check your spam folder!
If you wish to change your information, log in to your account. There you can change your billing and shipping addresses, password, and email address.

Our customer service team will respond to you by email from Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

MANUFACTURING & COMMITMENTS
Today we use 80% recycled materials to create our jewelry:
- 100% recycled tin (origin: European Union, processed in France)
- 40% recycled brass (origin: European Union, processed in France)
We use 100% recycled brass for all our rings and bands. However, our chains, clasps, and findings are not yet made from recycled brass. - 100% recycled gold (processed in France)
We apply the same rigor to our packaging: 95% of our packaging is recyclable and contains no plastic. Since the end of 2023, we have been developing new packaging to be 100% recycled and recyclable (currently, the foam backing of our boxes and the closing magnet are not). Our gift bags are also FSC certified and are made with paper from sustainable forests.

This label guarantees the consumer transparency of the entire supply chain: it allows them to know, among other things, the origin of raw materials, guarantees the working conditions of employees and attests to a reduced ecological impact.

We are proud to boast 99%* French production, using short supply chains, which supports artisanal expertise. Every step of creating our jewelry and objects is carried out by hand in our workshop in Paris: modeling, molding, polishing, gilding, soldering, rhinestone application, enameling, assembly, etc.
Our workshop is audited and complies with current REACH and ISO standards. It is also a Classified Installation for Environmental Protection (ICPE). This ensures the supervision of manufacturing processes and adherence to a list of societal and environmental commitments. The workshop also operates within a closed circuit: 100% of wastewater is treated and reused, and no substances are released into the environment.

* Silver plating is the only manufacturing step that we have chosen to carry out in a workshop in Spain in order to guarantee you the best possible quality/price ratio on this finish.
