A piece of jewelry is made to last. It is an object that carries time, that can be passed down; it holds a trace.

But sometimes, it breaks or loses its shine.

That’s when we repair it. Or revive its finish.

It may seem like a simple practice, yet it holds great value. A way to preserve what has been crafted with care, without giving in to the instant or the disposable, and to carry forward a meaningful gesture.

As long as it is possible, we repair jewelry.

Gilding and silver replating are offered for one year from the date of purchase. Beyond that, they remain available at any time.

Write to us at bonjour@louisedamas.fr, attaching a photo of the piece in question. We will get back to you quickly to evaluate the repair and explain the next steps. Each piece is then entrusted to our workshop for restoration, a process that takes between 4 and 8 weeks.

In some cases, for jewelry that is too worn or damaged beyond its finish, we reserve the right to refuse an intervention. Should that happen, you will be informed with full transparency.
